Helena Ink & Toner has partnered with Postal Annex, a nation wide company for your shipping needs. Postal Annex is an authorized outlet shipper for UPS, FedEx and USPS all in one location.

We can ship your prepackage package via UPS, FedEx or USPS or you can bring your packages to Postal Annex and we can package your item or items for you. 

We are also a drop off location for your UPS and FedEx return packages.

We offer Personal Mail Box (PMB) rentals with a private secured entrance from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If needed you can access 24/7.

Helena Ink & Toner opened its doors in April 2006. We specialize in refilled ink and remanufactured laser cartridges with savings up to 30% from OEM. We also carry a full line of OEM cartridges. All remanufactured cartridges are disassembled, inspected, cleaned and reassembled with quality cartridge specific replacement parts. For qualified businesses in Helena, Townsend, White Sulphur Springs and Clancy we provide free pickup and delivery as well as free online ordering.

Helena Ink & Toner Co. has been using the best quality imaging supplies since 2006 and guarantees that cartridges refilled and remanufactured by our company will perform to your satisfaction.

Our toner and ink is sourced from top suppliers all over the country and are each uniquely formulated for the many different cartridges available. Our extensive range of testing equipment is further assurance of our commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction. Internal parts are replaced so that or cartridges produce sharp black text, and vibrant colors with clear graphics.

If you are dissatisfied with the results of any of our refilled cartridges, please return the cartridge within 90 days along with proof of purchase to Helena Ink & Toner. We will repair the faulty cartridge or credit the full amount towards a replacement cartridge.
